Your privacy

Last updated 20/08/2026

This page explains what happens to your details when you leave them on this website, in plain English. The short version: we use them to ring you back about Ed-Heads, we do not sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we are

This website is run by MyEdHeads, an independent Ed-Heads franchise in the United Kingdom. We decide how the information you give us here is used, which in data protection language makes us the "controller".

How to reach us about your information

Email david@myedheads.com and put "my information" in the subject line. A person reads it, and we aim to answer within a few days.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you type into the form yourself. We do not run any advertising trackers, analytics or profiling on this site.

What we collectYour name, your mobile number, and your answer to "how did you hear about us".
Why we collect itSo we can ring you back for the free consultation you asked for, and so we know which of our adverts are worth running.
Our lawful basisYour consent. You give it by choosing to fill the form in and pressing the button, and you can take it back at any time.
Do you have to give itNo. Nothing here is required by law or by a contract. If you would rather not leave your number, do not fill the form in.
How long we keep itUp to 24 months after we last spoke, then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do it sooner.
Automated decisionsNone. No computer decides anything about you. A person reads your enquiry and a person rings you.

About your child

This form is for parents and carers, and we do not ask for any details about your child on it. If you tell us about your child during the call, we only use it to work out how Ed-Heads could help, and the same rules on this page apply to it.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys your details from us, because we never sell them. A small number of companies handle them purely to get your enquiry to us:

  • LEV Studio, who built and look after this website, and who pass your enquiry on to us.
  • Resend, the service that delivers the enquiry as an email.
  • Cloudflare, who serve the pages of this website to your browser.
  • Ed-Heads, if you go on to become a customer, because they run the learning platform your child would use. That is covered by their own privacy policy.

Some of these companies are outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law allows, such as the standard contractual clauses.

What you can ask us to do

The law gives you the right to:

  • ask for a copy of what we hold about you;
  • have anything wrong put right;
  • have it deleted;
  • ask us to stop using it, or to limit how we use it;
  • object to us using it;
  • ask for it in a portable form to take elsewhere;
  • take back your consent at any time, which stops any future use of it.

All of that is free, and asking costs you nothing but an email.

If you are not happy

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.

Terms of use

Last updated 20/08/2026

These are the terms for using this website. They are not the terms for the Ed-Heads learning service itself, which are separate and come from Ed-Heads.

Who runs this site

This website is run by MyEdHeads, an independent Ed-Heads franchise in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at david@myedheads.com.

What this site is for

It explains what Ed-Heads is and lets you ask us to ring you about it. Using it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The information here

We work hard to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but it is here to give you a general picture, not a promise about your own child. Every child is different, and nothing here is a guarantee of any particular result, grade or improvement.

Prices, subjects and what is included can change. The price that counts is the one we confirm with you when you sign up, not the one you read on a page.

The learning service itself

Ed-Heads lessons, tasks and reports are delivered on a platform run by Ed-Heads. If you become a customer, that service comes with its own terms and its own privacy policy, and those are the ones that govern it.

Booking a call

Leaving your number asks us to ring you. It does not sign you up to anything, it does not cost anything, and you are under no obligation at any point. Please only leave a number that is yours or that you have permission to give us.

What belongs to whom

The Ed-Heads name, the logo, the artwork, the film and the words on this site belong to Ed-Heads, to MyEdHeads or to the people who made them for us. You are welcome to look at the site and share a link to it. Please do not copy the content and use it as your own.

Links to other places

Some links take you off this site, for example to the Ed-Heads login. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Where we stand on liability

We do our best to keep this site up and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be offline or never contain a mistake. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. None of this affects your rights as a consumer.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Cookies

Last updated 20/08/2026

This site does not track you. We set no advertising cookies, no analytics, and nothing that follows you to other websites. That is why you are not being nagged by a cookie banner.

What a cookie is

A small file a website can leave on your device so it recognises you next time. Most sites use them to count visitors or to target adverts at you. This one does not.

What we use

Advertising cookiesNone.
AnalyticsNone. We do not use Google Analytics or anything like it, so we cannot see who you are or where you go.
Social media trackersNone. There is no Facebook pixel on this site.
Fonts and picturesServed from this site itself, so loading a page does not hand your details to anyone else.
SecurityCloudflare, who serve this site, may set one strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors from bots. It carries no advertising information and UK rules do not require your consent for it.

If that ever changes

If we ever add advertising or analytics cookies, we will ask your permission first with a proper banner that lets you say no as easily as yes, and we will update this page before we switch anything on.

Turning cookies off yourself

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the security cookie above may stop parts of the site working.
